A warm welcome

Making you feel really welcome will be our first pleasure.

Our second will be to demonstrate the subtlety and freshness of a creative cuisine – dishes made with care using only seasonal produce.

To be able to preserve to the full the flavours we offer you in our dishes, we change our menu each month, depending on the time of year and the seasonal produce available. We are also able to adapt to suit food intolerances and allergies, as well as offering vegetarian dishes.

And obviously, to achieve a perfect match of flavours and aromas, we do the same with the wine list.

Evening

The ‘Perles de Saveurs’ restaurant offers you a special lunchtime menu every day, for a moment of gastronomic pleasure! The starter of the day is made using seasonal produce selected at the market earlier the same day.

  • Starter + Main dish / Main dish + Dessert: from 36€
  • Starter + Main dish + Dessert: from 45€
  • Main dish only: from 27€

Finesse

Our meat

  • Grilled beef tab, oyster mushroom ness and parsley pesto, celery purée

  • Filet of roasted wild boar with cocoa grué, turnip golden ball and pear candied with red wine, juice reduced to coffee

Freshness

Our fish

  • Grilled red once fillet, red onion chiffon and carmine endives, white vanilla butter

  • Pan-fried scallops, butternut risotto and roasted cashews

The finishing touch

  • Deconstructed lemon pie, lemon-basil sorbet, sweet basil pesto

  • Baba with Mojito rhum, mint espuma, pineapple with brown sugar and fresh pomegranate
